Your selfless deeds did not go unnoticed. Many of us, while waiting for salah, were inspired by your service. I was especially moved by the care and respect you showed a grieving family at a recent janazah, going above and beyond to fulfill your responsibilities with grace and diligence.

I had a really wonderful experience as a volunteer at the High Ticket Ladies and in collaboration with Islam21C's first Annual Dinner in Birmingham, alhamdulillah. I volunteered at the event and was grateful I got to do this, alongside my family, helping with the set, directing people to the correct tables and collecting donations during the fundraiser. Alhamdulillah the event was very well organised, and it was great to see so many people turn up and remain engaged throughout, men, women and even children.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have worked under sister Afshaโs guidance and support throughout as a volunteer for the cause of Allah, and I truly believe it is something everyone should try.
